The Friends of The Villages Library is an All Volunteer IRS approved 501(c)(3) Charitable Organization, so a portion of your Membership or other Charitable Donation may be tax deductible. Please verify with your tax professional. We have no employees, Sumter County provides our Bookrooms and all Materials are donated from Sumter County Libraries or the Public. Our Overstock Sales fund offsite storage of excess donated Materials.
